Quality Petroleum, Inc. began in the early 1960’s as Hiner Oils with locations in both Central and Western Arkansas. After a change of ownership in 1994, the name was changed to Quality Petroleum. Quality is an authorized distributor for Shell, Pennzoil, Quaker State, BP Castrol, and Fina. We service the majority of Arkansas, Eastern Oklahoma, and North East Texas through distribution centers located in North Little Rock, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Texarkana, and Van Buren.
